About the Role
As a Sales and Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales and operational success at our running studio. You will build relationships with members, generate leads, and manage the front desk team.

Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet studio goals
• Convert leads into members through effective sales techniques
• Manage and train the front desk team to deliver exceptional member experiences
• Analyze financial performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure the studio's operational efficiency and effectiveness

Essential Qualifications:
• 2+ years of sales experience in retail or service-based industries
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
