Sales Operations Strategist

At Suite Studios, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Strategist to join our operations team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our internal systems and processes, improving efficiencies across the company, and driving revenue growth.

Our ideal candidate is a process-oriented individual with 3-7 years of experience in finance, sales/revenue operations, or analytics. Your Key Responsibilities:- Systems & Operations
- Improve current systems, focusing on our CRM.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CRM system.
- Manage account and opportunity ownership, as well as territory management.
- Scope and build necessary run-the-business reporting to support sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Document and maintain processes across sales, customer success, and finance.
- Identify areas for improvement, pitch ideas, and implement them.
- Revenue Operations
- Play a major role in Suite's order-to-cash process.
- Ensure billing is complete and accurate for month-end close.
- Provide timely and accurate monthly reporting in collaboration with the COO.
- Scope and implement automation to accelerate process scaling.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work cross-functionally to identify areas for improvement.
- Support sales teams with pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Onboard new hires by provisioning systems access and training them on best practices.
- Engage in various tasks as we grow and evolve—be prepared to wear many hats.
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including best-in-class health & dental, unlimited paid time off, fitness & wellness stipend, and Taco Tuesday every week. About You:- Experience: 3-7 years in finance, sales/revenue operations, or analytics.
- Process-Oriented: Directly owned or deeply involved in process and system improvements.
- Analytical: Affinity towards numbers; enjoy tracing the trail of numbers.
- Communicative: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Hands-On: Willing to dive deep into processes and execute projects end-to-end.
