Regional Schools Coordinator

Charter Champions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Schools Coordinator to provide critical support to our Regional Superintendents. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our 53 schools, with a focus on communication, operations, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Regional Superintendents' calendars, prioritizing appointments and arranging meetings
  • Track and hold accountable Regional Superintendents and principals for tasks and project milestones
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and logistics for key meetings
  • Analyze student achievement data and staff survey results
  • Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, mailing, and expense reimbursement tracking
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Bachelor's degree required
