Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine processes to support commercial execution with channel partners, fostering strong relationships and positive outcomes.
  • Create and deliver commercial team trainings to build awareness of key operational resources and campaigns, with a focus on engaging sessions that drive focus and measure success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing, commercial, or product management roles.
  • Technical experience with products, workflows, and applications within the Life Sciences market, with the ability to understand and connect different applications.
  • Familiarity with sales training and related practices.
  • Confirmed ability to create and implement successful strategies.
  • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail and personal accountability.
  • Highly proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with large breadth of applications and products used in the scientific industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and training tools and platforms.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$140,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
