Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Utilities Service Co Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a relevant industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
