Key Responsibilities- Lead the architectural design process, from conceptual design through overall completion of projects
- Develop design ideas and create design presentations, leading client meetings and coordinating with different stakeholders
- Prepare detailed architectural construction documents at every stage of the project, ensuring quality control and compliance
- Oversee the construction administration process
- Coordinate with a team of professionals, including engineers, designers, and contractors, ensuring smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to ensure the construction is in line with the design intent and providing solutions to any arising issues
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the engineering industry, with a focus on architectural design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Proven experience in managing retail projects, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity
- Proficiency in architectural software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and coordinate with various stakeholders
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and building structures
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Must be a licensed architect or in the process of obtaining a license
