Project Architect Position

SNIPEBRIDGE is seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading design and project management efforts across various typologies and project scales.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead design and project management efforts for architectural projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
- Develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs and expectations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- 7-10+ years of post-bachelors degree Architecture firm experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or another related field
- Experience working across a variety of typologies
- Possess an innovative style and an interest in sustainability issues and research and development
- Experience at all stages of design, including conceptual design, programming, space planning, technical documentation, and project management
- Highly collaborative by nature, with the willingness to approach every project with creativity
- An innate desire to produce meaningful work with strong design skills
- Detail and task-oriented with a passion for excellence
- Pro-active and dynamic in their skills and leadership
- Experience with tools such as Deltek, Revit, Archicad, AutoCAD, etc.
