Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Market Access Director to lead our expansion nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for building localized partnerships, accessing market opportunities, and overseeing targeted launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract with Health Plans at the local level to negotiate highest caregiver pay rates
  • Understand nuances of local healthcare policy to ensure Aidaly maintains its position as standard bearer in home health care
  • Keep company abreast and ready for changing market access environment and policy changes
  • Oversee development and implementation of each market access strategy
  • Manage time to develop efficiency, measure what matters, and transform into market launch engine
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience within healthcare industry, with recent focus in market access leadership
  • 2+ years of successful GTM
  • Demonstrated leadership ability building high-performing teams; strong ability to engage and motivate people
  • Possesses both strategic and operational mindset, with ability to see big picture while ensuring laser-like attention to detail
  • Demonstrates high level of intellectual curiosity, innovation, and creative problem solving with entrepreneurial spirit; can thrive in agile environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to develop important relationships that include trust and encourage diversity in all its forms
