Position SummaryWe are currently seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor.
The Security Shift Supervisor will oversee and manage the provision of quality services during a designated shift at a specific client site. This role serves as a key liaison among the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security personnel. Responsibilities include supervising staff on the assigned shift, offering guidance, recognition, and disciplinary actions within the approved empowerment range.
Key Responsibilities- Location: Atlanta, Georgia 30339
- Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a security supervisory role, strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Compensation: Starting base pay ranges from $16 to $17 per hour.
- Shift Availability: 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10 PM.
- Payment Options: Allied Universal now offers weekly and daily pay options.
- Stability: Work with a well-established company known for its successful track record.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise written reports and logs.
- Capability to comprehend and follow all operational procedures and instructions.
- Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment.
- For driving positions: a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
- Successful completion of a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize advanced technology at client-specific sites.
- Ability to manage both routine and emergency situations at the client site effectively.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme weather.
- Physical ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk on various surfaces for extended periods.
