Job Overview

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer, acting as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. They will provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

This role requires effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising site staff and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range
  • Acting as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers
  • Ensuring the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Handling crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
  • Enforcing Contract Standards and administering site safety programs

Requirements include:

  • Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meet licensing requirements as per state and/or local laws and regulations
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites
