Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at nLeague. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter provider enrollment information with 100% accuracy and within 3 business days.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to request additional information and follow up on those requests until the task is complete.
  • Make the supervisor aware of any questions you have about data entry before you enter the data and respond to the customer.
  • Perform filing, document storage, preparation, and other administrative duties.
  • Assist Dedicated Funds staff with special projects.
  • Analyze medical malpractice filings to verify the information is complete and accurate and enter information in the database with 100% accuracy and within 10 business days of receipt.
  • Review incoming documents to identify information to be redacted. Determine whether they should be scanned, filed, or routed to other staff.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Basic knowledge of computer procedures and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to draft email correspondence using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data entry accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills.
