Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Processor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Processor to join our team at North Risk Partners. As a key member of our Commercial Lines service team, you will play a critical role in supporting our account management team and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Commercial Lines Account Processor will be responsible for monitoring and processing tasks in our Commercial Lines Buddy List, assisting account management team members with service requests, and communicating with clients and insurance carriers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and process tasks in the North Risk Commercial Lines Buddy List
  • Assist account management team members with service requests
  • Communicate with clients and insurance carriers
  • Enter client activity and other relevant information into our software system
  • Follow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions
Requirements:
  • High School degree or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Previous work experience in insurance or another service industry is helpful, but not required
  • Ability to obtain property and casualty insurance license
