We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations at Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple restaurants and collaborating with our Food and Beverage Director to drive resident satisfaction and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage food purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Supervise and implement core menus and recipe management systems, as well as BOH computer systems.
  • Maintain kitchen and equipment sanitation, and conduct monthly internal sanitation audits.
  • Comply with federal and state regulations pertaining to food handling and production.
  • Partner with Unit Managers to resolve issues related to food production, preparation, and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents through dining room visits and meetings.
Requirements
  • Certification from a culinary training program or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven track record as an Executive Chef.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Possess creative skills in food preparation and presentation.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.
