About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining complex laboratory equipment, performing and evaluating laboratory tests, and troubleshooting problems. You will also be responsible for documenting results accurately and following through on all outliers.

Requirements
  • Baccalaureate Degree in a Science required
  • Must be CLIA eligible for High Complexity Testing
  • MT(ASCP) or equivalent preferred
