Senior Technical Program Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resources and manage delivery timelines for technical programs
- Partner with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to align on technical roadmaps
- Track progress on milestones, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed
- Ensure successful execution of programs from planning through delivery
- Build strong relationships across product and engineering teams and drive process improvements
Requirements:
- 3+ to 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with cloud computing, backend services, and machine learning concepts
- Proficiency with CI/CD, Jira, Confluence, and managing distributed teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
