Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement departmental initiatives
- Develop and coach team members in skills and processes to promote quality
- Measure and monitor KPI metrics related to AR performance, with a focus on aging categories
- Prepare, analyze, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reports on key AR metrics
- Fulfill production gaps as needed
