Job Title :: Customer Service Manager

Job Summary:

Acro Service Corp is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends.
