Physical Requirements

This role involves light physical exertion, including driving, assisting clients with mobility, and performing light housekeeping tasks. Regular activities include standing, walking, and using hands for various tasks. The position may require lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities needed include close vision and depth perception.

Environmental Considerations

Care providers may encounter environmental hazards in client homes, including exposure to infectious diseases.

Experience and Education
  • Preferred: One year of experience in a similar role.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: CNA/HHA certification.
  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
