Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive wages ranging from $24 to $26 per hour, along with generous paid time off, paid holidays, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist at V3 Sports, you will play a vital role in shaping and implementing our marketing strategies. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Assisting the Marketing Manager in crafting and executing a channel plan that communicates a clear call to action to our target audiences.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and external partners to create social media content and analyze performance metrics.
  • Updating website content to enhance user experience and optimize for search engines.
  • Managing the Google review process and relaying feedback to the team.
  • Developing and assessing blog content to support SEO initiatives.
  • Providing marketing support for events, including creating promotional materials and managing registrations.
  • Gathering insights from various sources to inform marketing strategies.
  • Utilizing marketing software to achieve objectives and address challenges.
  • Generating marketing performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our efforts.
  • Contributing to the development of our brand and understanding our target audience.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of marketing practices, including advertising and market research.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Attention to detail and strong copywriting abilities, with some experience in video and graphic design.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
