We are seeking a dynamic Director of Product Management to lead our Policy Administration initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Policy Administration System (PAS) and enhance internal customer interactions, guiding the roadmap and deployment of new features to satisfy both internal stakeholders and users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the PAS product, establishing clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to evaluate success.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a skilled, diverse, and inclusive team of technical product managers.
  • Direct the technical requirements and implementation efforts for various projects and insurance products, prioritizing platform initiatives and ensuring organizational alignment and effectiveness.
  • Optimize operational efficiency in a dynamic environment, fostering innovative and adaptive solutions.
  • Conduct usability studies, user research, and competitive assessments to inform product requirements and prioritization.
  • Implement industry-leading product development and management methodologies.
  • Provide product insights to marketing and other outreach initiatives as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in product management within personal auto insurance, encompassing technical and business product management.
  • A minimum of 5 years in the auto insurance sector, with comprehensive knowledge of both traditional and insurtech products; familiarity with the Duck Creek Platform is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing requirements, workflows, and financial transactions in personal auto insurance.
  • Experience in launching personal auto insurance products across various states, with a solid understanding of regulatory differences.
  • Demonstrated success in leading product development with remote teams, navigating cultural and time zone challenges.
  • Expertise in crafting and presenting roadmaps to stakeholders and senior management, securing consensus.
  • Skilled in identifying market opportunities and articulating competitive advantages.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for distilling complex user needs and business concepts for technical teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits:
