We are pioneering context-driven insurance products utilizing artificial intelligence, telemetry data, behavioral insights, and geographical information. Our diverse team of data analysts, software developers, mobile application designers, and insurance experts is dedicated to reshaping the insurance purchasing and management process.

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Product Management to lead our Policy Administration initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Policy Administration System (PAS) and enhancing internal customer experiences, as well as the roadmap and launch of innovative features that meet the needs of stakeholders and users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the PAS product, establishing clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to assess product success.
  • Recruit, manage, and nurture a talented and diverse team of technical product managers.
  • Guide the technical requirements and implementation strategies for various projects and insurance products, ensuring alignment and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Optimize processes in a dynamic environment, fostering creativity and innovative solutions.
  • Conduct usability studies, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product requirements and prioritization.
  • Implement industry-leading product development and management methodologies.
  • Provide product insights to marketing and other external initiatives as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in product management within the personal auto insurance sector, encompassing both technical and business aspects.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the auto insurance industry, with a comprehensive understanding of traditional and insurtech products.
  • Preferred hands-on experience in developing requirements, managing workflows, and overseeing billing and transactions in personal auto insurance.
  • Experience in launching personal auto insurance products across different states, with a solid grasp of varying state regulations.
  • Proven track record in leading product development with remote teams, navigating cultural and time zone differences.
  • Expertise in creating and presenting roadmaps to stakeholders and senior leadership, achieving consensus.
  • Skilled in identifying market opportunities and articulating competitive advantages.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex user needs and business concepts for technical teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $178,000 - $250,000, determined based on location, experience, and comparable employee earnings.
