Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Hotel Magdalena. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing support to our HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Assist with employee onboarding, including benefits enrollment, payroll setup, and compliance documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain HR-related policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
