About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Customer Marketing vision and implementation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive online sales and enhance the customer experience through a comprehensive eCommerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agency Management for Amazon Team: Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon and key agencies, providing strategic guidance on marketing initiatives.
  • Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: Collaborate with Brand Marketing and external agencies to create a One Demand Plan (ODP) that optimizes spend and drives full funnel profitability.
  • Engage Our People as Business Owners: Coach, develop, and empower the Customer Marketing team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Leverage Data/Analytics Continuously: Regularly use and report on key data platforms to monitor campaign results and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Build & Maintain Strong Cross-Functional Partnerships: Foster integration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Insights & Analytics to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of CPG experience
  • Proven track record of optimizing full funnel marketing investments and balancing short-term and long-term ROI
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to lead a team to achieve ambitious growth targets
