Job Summary

Front Range Community College is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement and Budgeting Coordinator to join our Information Technology Services (ITS) department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating various acquisition processes, tracking and updating budgeting processes, and providing administrative support to the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the ITS team to navigate IT expenditures, including software licensing and hardware purchases, and other through the entire purchasing cycle.
  • Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets and renewal schedules for all recurring IT-related expenditures.
  • Prepare budget reports, manage purchase requisitions, and maintain financial records. Analyze variances and collaborate with Directors to suggest process improvements and budget adjustments.
  • Triage and respond to service inquiries that are routed through the Service Desk to the Directors or come out-of-band via alternate means.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree and two (2) years of professional office experience, or project coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
