About the Role

As a Regional Sales Director at RapidAir, you will drive business development through the acquisition of new direct customers in the Southeast region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of qualifying opportunities and establishing lasting relationships with customer decision-makers.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits and a sales incentive plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and advance the sales process to close new business and meet opportunity-based sales quotas.
  • Pursue strategic partnerships with regional contractors, architects, and industrial distributors to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assess the competitive market landscape and recommend growth strategies to maximize sales opportunities, revenue, and profitability.
  • Perform timely and accurate reporting of sales opportunities, forecasts, and customer information in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of outside Industrial Sales or account management experience, preferably in the architectural building materials or construction industry.
  • Proven technical knowledge of Commercial or Industrial building materials or other Compressed Air Products and Automation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively within a cross-functional team and represent the company's brand identity, business strategy, and product positioning.
