Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base* Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver sales initiatives and projects* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation* Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve sales performance* Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends in disability services* Travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry events* Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and progress towards goals* Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for sales teams* Coach and develop sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance* Implement and maintain sales processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective sales operations* Stay current with company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards* Maintain accurate records and reports as required by law or company policy
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $102,810 - $167,410 annually, based on industry standards and market conditions.
