    • Support store sales growth by achieving personal and team sales targets, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • **Operational Excellence**
    • Ensure a positive and personalized customer experience by delivering quality products and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • **Inventory Management**
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels, handle supply needs, and assist in visual merchandising to create an engaging store experience.
  • **Team Collaboration**
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

**Basic Qualifications**

  • Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and punctuality in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Engage with customers, adhere to company policies, and follow dress code guidelines to maintain a professional image.
  • Prepare products, handle sales techniques, and multitask effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
