About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to join our team at Rite Rug Flooring, the 5th largest flooring company in America. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for selling flooring products to customers, trades, contractors, and retailers at our Wholesale/Outlet center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to match their flooring needs and provide expert advice on our products.
  • Build relationships with trades, contractors, and walk-in customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Promote Rite Rug Flooring products and services to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Process payments and provide financing options to customers.
  • Provide measurements for installation and follow up with customers after the sale is completed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in flooring sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work with computers.
