Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-conscious Sales Associate to join our team at J Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products in a friendly and approachable manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations.
  • Complete training and use product knowledge tools to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Assist in store tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Share feedback and insights with management to improve store operations.
  • Act in a manner that aligns with our company values.

  • Be able to regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
