Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at J. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, embodying our values and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for creating genuine connections with customers, helping them find their unique style, and collaborating with your team to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by exceeding sales and service expectations, consistently delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Complete comprehensive training, utilize product knowledge tools, and participate in fit sessions to stay up-to-date on our latest offerings.
  • Assist with store tasks, ensuring our customers always see us at our best, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Share feedback, insights, and ideas with management to help drive business growth and improvement.
