Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and meeting company customer service standards.
  • Following company cash control policies and procedures.
  • Adhering to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of government-regulated products and services.
  • Obeying company and health department safety guidelines for food preparation.
  • Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
  • Stocking and rotating products, including coolers and/or freezers.
  • Completing training activities and passing minimum job performance standards.
  • FOLLOWING COMPANY GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT AND CODE OF ETHICS.
  • Motivating sales associates to grow store sales and profitability using suggestive selling techniques.
  • Assisting the store manager in hiring, developing, and training others in store to meet company standards and guidelines.
