Purpose

The Account Executive position at Worldwide Express offers a unique opportunity for sales professionals to excel in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment. With a focus on engaging prospects and acquiring new business, this role leverages WWEX product and service offerings to present innovative supply chain and logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their supply chain needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Streamline in and outbound processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead presentations with executives and owners of businesses with frequent shipping volume.
  • Partner with operations and account management teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Solution sell by effectively presenting solutions through cost-benefit analysis.
  • Build a pipeline of new opportunities and engage prospects at the C-Suite level.
  • Present a streamlined technology solution and develop a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas and lanes.
  • Take the lead in coordinating and managing all aspects of the proposal process.
  • Closing, activating, and training decision makers on the exclusive shipping platform.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer service.
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
