About the Role:

As a Property Sales Consultant at MVMT NYC, you will play a crucial role in the real estate market, focusing on both rentals and sales. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, comprehend their needs, and locate properties that align with their preferences. Your negotiation skills will be essential in finalizing agreements and guiding clients through the closing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist property owners in promoting their listings through effective marketing strategies.
  • Organize and manage open houses, ensuring properties are showcased to potential buyers.
  • Provide expert advice on property pricing and current market trends.
  • Present properties to buyers that match their specific requirements.
  • Guide clients through the purchasing process, including legal obligations and market insights.
  • Conduct thorough research on local real estate markets to determine property values and negotiate sales on behalf of clients.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with appraisers, escrow agents, lenders, and home inspectors.
  • Regularly update and manage property listings to reflect current market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a higher education degree is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid New York State real estate license or certification.
  • Membership in local or state real estate associations is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the real estate sales process, including relevant regulations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

Commission-based earnings starting at $50,000.
