Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient appointments and schedules, ensuring timely and efficient access to our services.
- Manage patient demographic and financial information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless coordination of patient care, including scheduling and registration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies, ensuring compliance and adherence to our organization's standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Two to three years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a hospital or physician office setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Epic system and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations.
