Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a hospital or physician office setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Epic system and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations.
