Job Title: Respiratory Care Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Care Specialist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and peak flow measurements.
  • Administer oxygen therapy and other respiratory medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Specialist in the state of Connecticut.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
