We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Manager to join our team at Genuine Search Group. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sourcing strategies that drive cost savings and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sourcing strategies and production plans that meet business objectives.
  • Identify and qualify potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability criteria, and negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve cost savings.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor production schedules and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain quality standards.
  • Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to inform sourcing decisions and drive competitive advantage.
  • Support new product development initiatives by sourcing new materials/components and conducting supplier evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in production planning, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the Electronics, Beauty, Home, Lighting, or Wellness industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
