Job Summary

The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, including employee management, customer service, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and support staff

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods
