Del Taco Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Assistant General Manager to lead our store operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage store operations to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability
- Manage and train a team of hourly employees to ensure excellent customer service and store cleanliness
- Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to share best practices and drive business results
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
