We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our AWS Security Token Service (STS) team. As a member of this team, you will design, implement, and maintain innovative software solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve challenging technical problems, often ones not solved before, at every layer of the stack.
- Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security.
- Build high-quality, highly available, always-on products.
- Research implementations that deliver the best possible experiences for customers.
About the Team
The AWS Security Token Service (STS) is a public, globally-distributed web service that allows AWS customers to request billions of temporary, limited-privilege credentials per day. Customers depend on STS for identity federation using industry-standard open protocols such as SAML and OIDC as well as Login with Amazon, Google, and Facebook.
We are looking for engineers who can help us build new and exciting features that can scale. Our team is dedicated to supporting new members, with a broad mix of experience levels and tenures, and we're building an environment that celebrates knowledge-sharing and mentorship.
