Job Description

Timmons Group is seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager - Water & Wastewater to join our Water & Wastewater Group in Richmond, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned projects and develop client accounts to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow client relationships and increase revenue.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with equivalent work experience and professional registration (P.E.) in North Carolina, and/or one or more states in which Timmons Group conducts business.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering related to Water/Wastewater or Infrastructure markets.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
