Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join their team in a project management role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, stormwater management, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead drainage capital improvement projects from start to finish, including survey coordination, engineering design, right of way acquisition, utility relocation, and construction phases.
  • Prepare and submit construction plans, minimum design plans, and concept to contractor exhibits for review and approval for construction.
  • Conduct H&H studies for in-house department specific capital improvement projects (road, bridge, etc.) and drainage projects.
  • Review and recommend payment of invoices.
  • Manage consultants, stakeholders, and ensure projects adhere to all technical and regulatory specifications and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3+ years of site developing civil engineering experience.
  • Stormwater experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act.
  • EIT or PE.
