The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, assessing, and evaluating various forms of respiratory therapy, including bronchodilators, chest physical therapy, oxygen therapy, and non-invasive and invasive ventilator care. You will exercise your technical knowledge in respiratory anatomy, physiology, and pathology, as well as the design and operation of all respiratory therapy equipment.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in respiratory care principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, respect, and open communication. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and education assistance.
