Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding sales opportunities and increasing market share within the assigned territory. This includes building and cultivating strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling capital equipment to the Furniture, Fashion, and Outdoor segment, with a proven track record of increasing awareness, sales, and revenue with hands-on field sales experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming an expert on the company's competitive advantages and market position.
  • Presenting hardware, software, and workflow solutions to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Participating in industry events, promotional activities, and trade shows to enhance visibility and network with the industry.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
