About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Project Manager to join our Energy Modeling group within our Energy & Sustainability Services Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading high-profile sustainability projects, working with major real estate developers, award-winning design firms, and top-tier construction companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Energy Modeling and Analysis: Conduct advanced energy modeling analysis for high-rise commercial and residential buildings using DOE 2.2 or Energy Plus in accordance with ASHRAE Standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee energy auditing, benchmarking, data gathering, and measurement & verification tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Assemble documentation on modeling methods, assumptions, and results, and develop reports detailing building components and energy efficiency measures.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Perform quality checks and quality assurance for tasks performed by team members, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external stakeholders, including clients and design partners, to provide expert advice and guidance on energy efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering, Physics, or Architecture.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in energy analysis for US-based projects, with a strong background in energy modeling software, including DOE 2.2 or Energy Plus.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of energy efficiency in large and complex buildings, as well as experience with energy modeling software, including THERM, WUFI, and CFD.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication and writing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and provide expert advice and guidance.
