Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Management Systems Engineer to join our team at City Building Engineering Services (CBES). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing, designing, and coordinating the energy management systems and electrical scope requirements for new and remodeled stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize AutoCAD to develop designs for energy management electrical requirements for systems
  • Coordinate electrical designs with Energy Management, Store Planning, and Architectural and Engineering departments
  • Conduct field assessments and due diligence surveys of existing systems
  • Commission energy management systems post-installation to ensure quality and adherence to design documents
  • Review designs, submittals, equipment requisitions, and other pertinent materials
  • Provide technical support for equipment and control systems
  • Support Project Managers to ensure projects remain on schedule
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong computer skills including AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Travel: 20%
