As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all facility equipment and developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of facility equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
  • Investigate and resolve mechanical breakdowns and failures of machinery and equipment
  • Advises the Administrator on matters related to facility maintenance and repair
  • Participates in the preparation of annual repair budgets and reports to the Executive Director on budgetary matters
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a vocational field or vocational training preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance-related position
  • HVAC experience required
  • Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
