Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Clerk II to join our team at TechFlow, Inc. This role will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, reports, and expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems, both electronic and paper.
  • Ensure all documents are easily retrievable and compliant with company policies.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and check processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls and taking accurate messages.
  • Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software programs with high accuracy.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related administrative position or formal vocational/technical training in office work.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Regular, dependable attendance.
  • U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain access to military installations.
