As an HR Administrator at Compass Group USA, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of our food service programs. This position requires a high level of computer literacy and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the timely and accurate completion of all team member timesheets and tip entries into the payroll system.
• Issue paychecks and manage direct deposits.
• Maintain employee payroll records.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly payroll and tip reports for compliance purposes and seniority list updates.
• Develop and implement payroll plans for the location in partnership with managers.
• Ensure all Levy and legal payroll standards are completed in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage MySTAFF clock punches, capability, and optimize performance.
• Assist with onboarding and clock-in orientation training for new team members.
Requirements:
