Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in collections within a financial institution, including at least 1 year focused on loss mitigation, workouts, bankruptcy, repossession, or foreclosure processes.
  • Familiarity with Fannie Mae servicing is preferred.
  • A background in lending and a degree in a business-related field is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to engage in intermittent standing, sitting, and walking activities.
  • Frequent use of hands for tasks involving computers and office equipment.
  • Capability to reach with hands and arms, and lift or carry items weighing between 5 and 25 pounds.
