- Prepare and review monthly billing for all contract types, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

- Perform unbilled analysis to ensure all billable costs are included and billed timely.
- Interface with internal and external customers, government pay offices, and other stakeholders to resolve billing-related issues.
- Monitor receivable balances, perform collection activities, and maintain billing metrics.
Requirements:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in government automated billings and collections.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
